Founded and crafted by Tarni Payne, FYFS offers thoughtfully designed movement experiences that both inspire and challenge. From the alignment-driven precision of Frame, to the strength and conditioning focus of Form, and the grounding, classical flow of Hold.
More than just a workout, FYFS is about long-term growth. It is about building strength with intention, moving with awareness, and developing confidence that extends beyond the mat. What FYFS offers you.
FYFS is centred around the power of outdoor movement, offering two distinct classes designed to elevate both body and mind.
FORM is a dynamic, full-body class designed to elevate overall fitness by seamless strength training, cardio conditioning, and Pilates principles. This session moves beyond traditional mat work, incorporating heavier weights to safely and effectively build lean muscle while maintaining control, precision, and alignment.
Expect purposeful strength blocks that challenge muscular endurance, elevate the heart rate, and improve functional performance. By combining progressive load with Pilates-based technique, Form develops power, stability, and resilience to support not only physical strength but long-term movement quality.
HOLD is a classical mat Pilates class designed to align the body, create length, and quiet the mind. Rooted in traditional Pilates principles, this session focuses on slow, controlled, and purposeful movement to enhance stability, flexibility, and postural awareness.
This 50-minute class offers a balanced, grounding experience — the perfect way to begin your day with clarity or unwind and reset in the evening.
PRIVATE CLASSES
In the comfort of your home or a serene outdoor setting, I offer personalised 1:1 sessions as well as group experiences of any size. Perfect for team bonding, pre-wedding day relaxation, a memorable girls' night, or a rejuvenating wellness morning.

Joseph Pilates
My why.
From a young age, I have always been an active individual, participating in various sports and consistently striving for excellence. Over the years, I competed in several disciplines, including state-level netball. However, I suffered a significant ankle injury, which forced me to pause my netball career and put my overall fitness journey on hold.
Once I was cleared to resume physical activity, While I had dabbled in Pilates before and enjoyed it, my netball commitments had often kept me from pursuing it consistently. Pilates became the only form of exercise that I could perform comfortably. I quickly developed a deep appreciation for it, as I witnessed firsthand how it helped me regain strength, control, and mobility in my ankle. Through this experience, Pilates became an integral part of my fitness routine and recovery, and my body has never felt so strong. Body and mind connection is so important. Pilates isn’t just about movement, it’s also about creating a safe & welcoming space within our community.
